ptcl dsl problem

salam i m raza and the problem i m having is that i have got 1mb dsl connection of ptcl its working fine for over a year but from few days it is not working normally it connects well works 5 to 10 minutes and then stops and doesnt work all 4 lights are on of the modem plz help
