I got a conneton of ptcl in the june 2010 since then its not working properly i call many time to ptcl call centre but i dont know wht they are doing the dont have time to receive the call if they received so they don't much know abt the solution of the particular problem . So irratating services belive me . No proffesionalism found in the PTCL.
whtever happend (strike) in PTCL customer has to suffer indeed he paying for the poor services.

its very bad... i would advise you to better change to utilize good uninterrupted service
its really not working properly....i believed that ptcl has best dsl service but after getting dsl connection iam facing problems.plz do something otherwise i have to go 4 another service.
