پی ٹی سی ایل کی پُھرتیاں

اتنی ساری کمپلینٹس مگر ایک کا بھی جواب نہیں دیا گیا، میرا ایک مشورہ ہے کہ اس سائیٹ کو ہی بند کر دینا چاہئے،
میں نے نئی پی ٹی سی ایل لائن اور 4 ایم بی کنیکشن کے لیئے اپلائی کیا تھا جاناب آپ کو جانکر بہت خوشی ہو گی کہ 19 جنوری کو آرڈر کیا اور 21 جنوری کو مجھے انکا فون آیا اور لائن لگا دی گئی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
مگر میرے گھر نہیں میری گلی سے ایک گلی پہلے کسی ایکسچینج والے کے رشتہ دار کے گھر، تا کہ وہ فری میں کالز کر سکے، مجھے اس بات کا علم اس وقت ہوا جب ڈی ایس ایل والوں کی طرف سے کال آئی کہ ہم آپ کے گھر آ رہے ہیں، میں نے کہا کہ ابھی لائن نہیں لگی تو آپ لوگ آ کر کیا کریں گے تو جواب ملا کہ 21 تاریخ کو آپ کی لائں لگ چکی ہے اور آپکا نمبر یہ ہے،
میں نے جب اس نمبر پہ کالز کیں تو کوئی اٹنڈ نہیں کر رہا تھا۔
27/1/2011 کوشام کے وقت جب میں اپنے علاقے کے ایس ڈی او کے پاس گیا اور ساری صورتحال سے آگاہ کیا تو مافیاں تلافیاں کرنے لگا اور اپنے ورکرز میرے ساتھ روانہ کیے اور میری لائن لگا گر چلتے بنے۔
اب مجھے بتائیں کہ 21 تاریخ سے 27 تاریخ تک کا بل کون دیگا؟؟؟؟؟
کم از کم میں تو نہیں دونگا۔

meine PTCL DSL pichaly ek week se active karwaya howa he, magar us din se le kar aj tak iss ki speed mein azafa nei howa, DSL ki minimum downloading speed (2kbps) or high speed (33kbps), So app mujy btain k mein keya karon? meine iss liye DSL lagwaya ta k mein apna office ka kaam ghar mein araam se kar sakon! magar PTCL DSL to Ap k VWIRELESS se bi bohat kum speed detta he!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP ME.................

It has been a Fucking company now,
I've started with 1 Mb and now I have 4 Mb but there isn't any day in which I haven't complaint about the Speed problem or ADSL light stable :(*

Connection of fiber optic
Sir plz kindly i have a request i have 4 mbps connection but i have problem in speed my speed is not stay 400kbps some time its so many ping speed is go lower than 1 mb and same problem with my friend Ali so plz kindly request for fiber optic because if you don't take action then i and Ali have to close this connection we have no choice plz give me a new connection of fiber optic thanks from

Akhter dear I have used 4Mb package since from 3,4 months and I was getting the speed over 500+ but as your problem of Fiber Optics, I'm having that also, because the Fiber only comes to our PTCL offices after that the regular phone wires are provided to customers, and because of that problem I was also having disconnecting problem and instability of ADSL light, but now the DSL operator had said that they are moving me to 1 MB package so that they could change my wire and resolve my problem :(
The thing that we can do is only to HOPE :)

جب سے میں نے لائن لاگائی ہے اس وقت سے مجھے پریشانی ہےکہ جب میرا فون مصروف ہوتا ہے اس وقت تک نیٹ کام کرتا ہے۔ اور جب فون رکھ دیا جائے اس کے چند منٹ کے بعد لائن ڈسکنیٹ ہوجاتی ہے۔
PTCL Phone والوں کاکہنا ہے کہ یہ مسئلہ لائن کا نہیں ہے۔
آپ DSLوالوں سے رابطہ کریں
اور ڈی ایس ایل والوں کا کہنا ہے کہ یہ مسئلہ پی ٹی سی ایل کا ہے۔
مسئلہ جس کا بھی ہو ۔
پریشانی کا سامنہ تو مجھے کرنا پڑرہا ہے۔
گزارش ہے کہ میری پریشانی دور کردیں ورنہ ہم سے معذرت کرلیں کہ ہم صحیح سروس فراہم کرنے سے قاصر ہین۔

It is submitted that telephone No. 2615587 with 4 MB DSL Connection, but i received minus 1 MB or 1 MB.
When i will pay bill for 4 MB why not meet my requirements

it therefore request that please restore DSL speed.

dear Ghulam Rasool check your status by dialing 1236 selecting the Broadband option, if it's confirmed over there than they are providing you the 4 Mb package up to your PTCL exchange, but after from there you are not getting that. so try get contact with your DSL operator at the franchise it's now ONLY in his hand.

for your kind information i will forwarded complaint to DSL Lhr and GM office, he know very well, about my complaint infact your not understand my issue, i am not request to you for Pickage issue. I know about 4MB, my issue is only for speed, my pickage is 4 MB and DSL provided me minus 1 mb speed this is my issue. I hope you will understand that.

I requsted to DSL authority concerned please i got received minus i MB speed from 3 months and i will pay 4 MB to DSL, please check and upgrade the ports or instruct the concerned staff for doing the needful.

my dear for your kind of information, I already said that I was having the same problem like YOU are having right now ;), A time ago I have also applied for 4 MB but getting the speed only like 1 Mb, but by applying more complaints on my area DSL operator now I'm getting my speed with my 4 Mb package ;)

Dear farooq can you not resolve the problems of consumer of DSL, complaints against any issue why you wastage of consumers time, and why you lunch the website. If you not understand the complaints, if you not handled with complaints and if you not able to justify the consumer why you wastage time of consumer. If you not had any authority why you say to consumer contact to area DSL Operator. If a consumer is visit to area DSL office why and what for you open the website for complaints.

I am from rural area Chaghar Matti Peshawar and in our exchange i-e Chaghar Matti Exchange(0912910000) the Dsl is not started while its all equipments and accessories are here in exchange from july2010 but it is not started yet which shows that how efficient is DSL department.
Please Sir Kindly Issue order to start our dsl,we will be really thankful to you for this.

Bahio mujay pata chal geya hai kai tamam maslay kesay hal key jey agar ap ka net slow chal raha hai ya disconnect ho raha hai speed puri nahi aarahi to apnay ko check keray kai us maishor to nahi aaraha agar hai to DSL per nahi balkay telephone line per complane keray kai phone mai distortion or shor aaraha hai they can solve your problem wo ap kai ghar per ayia to STING dew ya coke zaroor pilay
and dont say about internet just for phone ap ki line sahi ho gi to speed bi full and ful time dua mai yaad rakhna
