PTCL recently ended up their trial period of using EVO(or EVDO). On other hand, they also fail to provide information on whether EVO may work properly in someone area or not.
They should give at least 4-7 working days Trial period so that customers can check whether EVO can work properly in their area or not and can return it in that trial period if EVO fails to provide them value for money.

PTCL EVO is another trap for innocent customers. I wonder how PTCL can launch another service if they are not even capable of providing support to the existing broadband customers. Their services are simply feeble and a tention for the customers.
I DO NOT THINK SO. PTCL EVDO IS THE BEST.

PTCL this is a name of fucking company they hair fucking lazy people they don't know about technical problems they just know how to make fool people.
i never believe on them but last few days back i buy PTCL mother fucker company EVDO USB they told me its will be active withen 3 to 4 hours i e-mail them they will ative your device . but they lie that time till today my device still not working and i call there help line they say me u call there other number then i say them so why u put that number on your website that man say me ok u take this number and don't forget to include 021 if u have cell i try that number that number was wrong also that number dont nee dto put 021 before dial they all are same that workiers hair PTCL bullshit people ass hole PTCL . i got a big mistake to buy that on PTCL i will return it tom or after 2 days coz they say withen 15 days u can return us we will gives back you your full amount so its better i return them poor management PTCL. Here in Pakistan all companies come for making fool some make fool to sale out Mobile sim cards some make like this EVDO this country no one can change and here rules till end all and every type service providers are rubbers and mother fuckers all just make big amount coz our country president and all top level people are also rubbers FUCK YOU ASS HOLE PTCL before i have landline PTCL that also same like this ever no toon but bill ever 1,500 or 1,800 who doing that ?? me or you no its not me or you its our positions you gives vote to them and they gives u gifts like this take care all and last again MOTHER FUCKER PTCL u ever same never change till judgment day .............

Its true that ptcl cant even satisfy its current customers, how the heck did it start the wireless broadband..... Lolz, PTCL is a funny company.......
With PTCL whenever I have a problem, I report to them, they always say that it will be solved today or tomorrow, and I swear to GOD it never is solved untill I threaten them to stop using their services........ And you know what, for almost one month i've been complaining about their smart tv around 20 times, and its not working yet........

If you have the disconnecting & Reset Problem Just Type on your browser 192.168.1.1
User & Password = admin
Go to your device information & check your Line Rate - Upstream & Line Rate - Downstream if you are using PTCL 1 MB than your Downstream Will be 1024 KBPS & Upstream 256 KBPS. if You are using other speed than your values are (2048,512),(3072,768),(4096,1024) respectivly.
If your values show wrong speed then send all the report to http://www.ptcl.com.pk/

I first bought PTCL Evo when I was travelling for business. I went from Karachi to Rahimyarkhan. In RYK, I thought I needed internet badly. I went to PTCL office and purchased it. It worked excellent in RYK although PTCL people themselves told me it might not work in some areas there. I came back to Karachi and it works everywhere, with download speed of 133 kbps. Amazing!
I know PTCL have had problems with after-sales support. I'm not sure of current situation as I didn't need to contact support for EVO yet.
In past I used PTCL DSL. It worked without problems for several months. Then there was a link down (sink) issue and they couldn't figure out in 3 weeks what the problem was. I decided to throw it away and got Mobilink Infinity. It is doing well and never had any problem. I use EVO only during load-shedding hours. So far, so good.
