ptcl evo Complaints - device disconnection

My device used to behave normaly, but for some three weeks ago, it is giving me the same problem, disconnects exactly 10 mintues of connection, and this repeats for the whole day.

I have the same complaint. I have installed IDM 6.5 and have also purchased a hosting account. This Download manager redials immediately after the disconnection.

Also check whether the firewall is on or off. The firewall should be on.

yes it happened often when i connect then after 10 or 15 min it lose working it shows that it is conected but does not work. { server not found} comes.

Solution of Disconnection

goto DeviceManager->Modem->Select your EVO modems property->power Management->then Disable the option "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"
