Device Issue

I purchase the EVO device date of last month 27-04-2011 and i avail the max package and load the 2000 ptcl card and the device is active after working 3 or 4 days the device is not connecting. When i connect the device he display the miltipile errors which commen error is this The User name and Password is invalid so i feel very penic last 15 days i call the helpline # is 1218 and vist the u r footshops butt any person not responce the positive pleas solve my problem as soon as possible becuze i use the EVO facillity in long time. Thanks
