EVO Slow Browsing (delays 7PM and beyond)

As always PTCL has retain its reputation to make customers suffer one way or the other. Reluctantly I bought EVO device; the main purpose was to use after office hours as I do not have fixed line.. but guess what its notoriously slow with delays from 7PM to 11:30PM (sometimes beyond that)... over all its OK, but to be hones it has really disappointed me....

Dear Sir & PTCL eVo Broadband 3G 3.1Mb Staff
I brought in Student Package 16-March-2012 PTCL eVo Broadband 3G 3.1Mb.I was told that eVo Speed is 3.1Mb & download Speed is 300kb to 500kb
I use in Mirpurkhas Sindh. i received 2 to 3 signal & download Speed is 10kb to 25kb Please tell me what i do ? i am very disturb

Internet PTCL 3G-EVO Broadband 3.1Mb speed is So much Slow

Dear Sir & PTCL eVo Staff
I purchased 3G-EVO Broadband 3.1Mb in Student package 16th-March-2012 from PTCL Customer Service Office Hyderabad . I use in Khan Road Opposite Junajo House Mirpurkhas Sindh. The problems is that my internet speed is very slow; downloading speed 10kbps to 20kbps.I complained PTCL Help Line 1218 i was told that your problem will be solved after 24 horse but i received a call this Number 0222-912566 anybody ask me that what is your problem i told him that my Internet PTCL 3G-EVO Broadband 3.1Mb speed is So much Slow.
Please guide me what should I do.This time i am very disturb what i do with this speed? please help me. I am very thankful for your cooperation.
