PTCL EVO Wifi Cloud worst speed

I have purchase PTCL EVO 3G and paying RS.2000 per month for 3MB download speed. But EVO 3G speed is worst, I can not even browse internet on this so called 3MB link..

Please stop selling these pethatic services.

I also purchase ptcl evo but can't use it , same problem can't browz it.
