Excessive / wrong billing

Billing issue. An order for adsl router was placed but later it was cancelled, still PTCL charged me in Feb billing. Complaint was launched they said in March bill it will be adjusted. Now in March billing they haven't. It’s been a month still issue is unsolved. They charged 1500 for such device which i haven't received.
