I got a new PTCL connection on 23 November 2011. I got PTCl broadband student package connection from December of last year 2011. I have no issue with November bill, but the bill of december has some issues. I paid 910 Rps in November bill, making it clear that in November I was not using any broadband connection.
The bill of december amounts to 2280 Rps which is not understandable to me. Here are all details of December billing

Kindly check that can it be a bill of a single month with ptcl landline and broadbandband student package? When I have made only 1 call from ptcl in the whole month which is mentioned in the bill.
