I HAVE VISITED AZIZABAD EXCHANGE MANY TIMES IN EIGHT DAYS I GOT UPSET BECAUSE I HAVE PAID THE BILL IN ADVANCE AND PAY THE BILL OF EVERY MONTH IN ADVANCE .MY PHONE NO 6335392 IS DEAD.THEY HAVE GIVEN COMPLAINT NOS 28 AND 329 .BUT NOT TAKING ACTION AND NO LINE MAN HAS COME TILL NOW I AM VERY UPSET.MY HOUSE ADDRESS IS R-437/8 AZIZABAD F.B.AREA KARACHI .

My P.T.C.L. landline 4944893 has been dead for the past 3 months. I have registered innumerable complaints on the P.T.C.L complain number but in vain. Neither did the line man visit us nor did we get any other kind of response from P.T.C.L. . Me and my family members are extremely upset and are facing great problems. We will be obliged if immediate notice be taken and our problem solved as soon as possible.

recently few of you officers visit Bannu the local sDO invit me to talk and verify that our phone is now quit right. bu after two days it become dead still dead.The Network of the local PTCL is too much poor. The cables are bare on the road side.
what the employees of PTCL do? if they gets high salaries.My telephone works two days and dead for ten days
Please direct to the Bannu office to make my phone and also exclude the noise.
