Internet not connected

Your represent came my house on 15th December-2011 for installation of DSL student package in my phone # 34910447 but he did not success and internet was not connected and also our telephone line is dead on same day so we are still not solve this problem and also he committed to us that your problem will be resolved on tomorrow (16.12.2011) but still not resolve. You are requested to please solve this problem
