Irresponsible Line man

i have been registering complaints against the line man of Jamke cheema Name.Mr Ijaz .he is irresponsible line man .when ever i said pleas solve my internet line problam then he respond i am buzy in meting .He is not taking serious notice. Is there any system of PTCL ? is there any management? is there any discipline in PTCL? I think like all other Govt. departments a..?
