I would like to inform u that my local PTCL land line is not working from November 2009 becouse i was not in city ,I am a old lady i cant go local PTCL complane office for this complain kindly inform me easy way to pay my bill ,Kindly on my land line as soon as possible,i would like to pay my bill in sthlment.I will be very thankfull to you if you will consider my request as soon as possible

RESPECTFULLY PTCL, sir my phoneline no.2773136 has not been working since today morning so i kindly request you to make my no. correct as soon as possibli please YOURS FAITHFULLY,
my telephone # 021-34925555 is continusly giving problem.these days line is dead.every time after complaint it become service able for few days with noise & after few days it become dead.this problem i am facing from long time,Pakistan Package is also activated & i am paying with out using the package,due to unserviceability of phone.
please solve this problem on permannet basis or disconnect this line.
