ptcl land line disconnect since 1 month

aslamoalikum !
my ptcl # is 047-6214833 and disconnect since one month , i sumbitt my complaints via (1218) more than ten (10) time ,and my complaint # 24 , now i m in very trouble , and i pay my bill regularly but my ptcl remains disconect regularly plz order to solve my problem, i will be very thank full to you ....................!
