sir,
I HAVE PHONE CONNECTION OF PTCL AND DURING THIS MONTH MY PHONE HAD PROBLEM AND
PROBLEMS :
1)DSL PROBLEM { 7DAYES }
2) AND AFTER THAT NHA CUT THE PTCL CABLE AND PTCL'S STAFF SHOWING LAZINESS AND THEY SOLVED THIS PROBLEM IN 6DAYS
3) NOW AGAIN NHA CUT THE CABLE THEY REPAIR IN 5DAYS
STAFF OF PTCL IS VERY IRRESPONSIBLE , THE MAIN POINT IS THIS , TWO MONTH AGO NHA SEND LETTER TO PTCL ABBOTTABAD FOR PROTECTION OF HIS CABLE THEY HAD NOT SHOW ANY RESPONSE .
THEY ARE ONLY CARET PROBLEM FOR CUSTOMERS
MY PHONE NUMBER(0992-370419)IS NOT WORKING.
BUT NO RESPONCE FROM PTCL EXCHANG ABBOTTABAD.
SIR PLASE SOLVE MY CURRENT PROBLEM . THANKFUL TO YOU SIR.

I have the honour to state you that being aggrieved with grave concern the performance of your department as follows.
As my land line number 021, 34694432 is in use since December 2009 with DSL but unfortunately I could not use this line properly because most of the time the connection is out of order despite of several complaints I could not received any response from their end, but I paid all the bills timely.
Now I am constrained to reflect your personnel attention to resolve my problem in accelerating manner, looking forward for your immediate action.
