Dear Sir
My name is hikmat ullah. i am the student of Mechanical Engineering UET Peshawar, i am using DSL but i always face a lot of problems. this is the third time i am facing the same problem.
First my line disconnects means that the dial tone dissapears. then after few hours internet works at the same situation (dead line). but my package automatically changes from 2Mbps to 1Mbps.
I went to khyber exchange at monday early morning and also did my complaint at 1218, but the problem is the same.
Now internet works about 2 hours a day at 1Mbps,
i am very tired of calling to line man and also to khyber exchange, but the problem is not going to solve,
Sir, please do something. i will be thankful to you,
