hi i am using ptcl for past 7 months r so first there customer support sucks there customer support is really poor and secondly if you talk to customer support officer it,s like a dog searching for food one asks them to go there and the other asks them to the other way the customer support people are not good i was unbilled for past the 4 months and and then i paid the bills of 6000 rupees and it,s been more than 10 days and still my internet service is dead there is no authority to talk to that issue i have gone to revenue office for 4 days and not a single response for my complaint.
i think such a big name in the dsl industry and cheating like this it,s just a shit on there name.

Assalamualikum Sir,
Sir I have a problem since three months. My IP is not refreshed from your head office and when the problem is corrected it again occur after three days. I have gone your ptcl office and talked to many incharges but there is no serious response. Although I have bought your new modem also but there is no such response.
