low browsing and downloading speed

Respectfully it is submitted that im your user and im using 1mb pakage for a long time it was good connection but these days it is bullshit. i have 35kb/sec to 55kb/sec downloading speed and after every 5 to 10 minutes it is disconnected for 1 min. WHATS this??? Please fix this problem as soon as possible.
I will be very thankfull to you if u fix this problem
