low downloading speed

i am the residence of 358d sher shah colony riwand road lahore
we have 2 mb broad band connection but the downloading speed is not more than 75kb/s we are facing serious problem in streaming and downloading please pay attention on our problem

same with me... the dl speed don't exceed 50 kbps :(
