Low Speed Or Disconecty

Low Speed of DOWNLOADING
I have PTCL Broadband 1 mbps but its download speed is too much low .
i hate this ??
my download speed is about 30 kbps ..
i have complained too much time but no response from PTCL ..
PTCL is too much bad in consumer service
