Assalamualikum Sir,
I have a problem with my inter since three months. My IP is nor refreshed permanently from your head office. Mant times I have contacted you through help line and also gone through a long procedure by going to exchange but there is no such serious responce. If the problem is corrected then again it occurs after three days. My Internet light remain red and can't turn into green. I have also bought new modem to resolve this problem but no difference. Sir kindly help me in this problem.

As you have doubles 2mb to 4mb,Why a biassed policy with 1mb connection(student package).Our 1 mb must now be doubled to 2mb immediately;as very pathetic service is being provided here.Check R-615/8,Azizabad.F B Area, Karachi.

Our DSL Light is continiousally Blinking not stabal .PTCL Exchange not Solving our problem Kindly Help us.

i bought Dsl connection one year ago.......but i face dissconnecting problem........i cal on 1218 or bbsupportlhr@ptcl.net or sysadmin@ptcl.net.pk and sdo sahib or babar sahib but any one dont solve my problem .......sdo sahib tell me that u problem myb solve in 2 months bec fyber cable available in 2 month in ur area but in 10 months dont solve my problem i pay my bill dues on time..........so now mr baber call me and tel me that is not possible in ur area bec in ur area u have only use dsl service........i tell him that u dont provide good dsl servicce in my area so thats reason anyone dont use dsl connection......so i request u u tell them solve my problem......... if possible u connect on my mobile number 03469991992.or send me ur mobile number then i connect u about this and tell u about this/...........my dsl number is 0514486297......... i m still waitng....

I have connected to internet since last month,14th September 2011. but the line of internet after has been disconnected in all month.when complain to the line man Ms Shabbir.he after tolerates and misbehavior.
so plz see to him.other wise i have a number of complain to internet department.they concern men of that department not serious for better service of inter net.so plzzz take action against of this complain.

Dear Ptcl,
I applied for your land line phone in july, in august for DSL and after that i got modem in october and from oct to till date your connection is not enable yet !!
what the fucking service is this ? I can't understand what a kind of customer satisfaction you guys given?I complained again and again but no body listen me and dont gave me proper and satisfactory answer, we are not provided the internet facility even then we paying a huge amount as bill. Ptcl fail to facilitate its customer. I saw your bullshit advertisments and i am just fed up with your customer service. They all are bunch of idiots who were sitting there in your customer service. they don't know how to taggle this kind of issue. Ptcl net is fastest but shame on you and on your cheep service. This department should be sealed that there customer can get rid of these BLACK SHEEPS. I will proudly say in market that i am victim of PTCL DSL. After all this what i have written about PTCL if you guys not responsing ragarding this issue, then i will piss on your service and move ahead to other broad bands....

Dear Compaint Officer,

I had availed net service about two month ago . From that time i m in trouble. my net has not connected at all . After taking loss of Rs.1600/- i threated to return back dsl equipment. But this is unjust . i complaint multiple time which no & dates and fake resposne against that complaints are as under

complaint # 220 dated : 08.01.12 time 9:47pm fake messsage issued for resolution on dated : 07.01.11 9:02am

complaint # 123 dated : 09.01.12 time 9:44pm fake messsage issued for resolution on dated : 14.01.11 9:25am

complaint # 58 dated : 12.01.12 time 12.15pm fake messsage issued for resolution on dated : 16.01.11:40am

complaint # 93 dated : 20.01.12 time 11.45pm fake messsage issued for resolution on dated : 21.01.10.25am

The above complaints are whose which has still saved in my mobile , & before that i have multiple compaints but no result.

I will request the concerned authority to refund my use less money wasted by ptcl & as damages and install new connection ( free of all problems ) free of cost as as cost for mently torcher .

I hope the respective authority will take immediate step for it.
