no dsl connection

I placed an order for a new telephone connection and DSL(order #216aiim) , in which regard I mailed you about the delays, and I hope that with your help I got the telephone line. I'm relly thankful to you.

Now I''ve been waiting to get a DSL line on the same connecection, they lingered things on and delayed for a month and now that due to the problem that you have a copper line, the DSL connection cannot be provided.

I know the fact that the DSL connction can be used on copper line as well, and even if i cannot be used on it why did they give me a copper line when I applied for the DSL connection.
