no one fixed my problem.i ve lots of problems in my ptcl new connection.

i ve problem since i ve my ptcl connection.i ve double line some time double tone,and broad band speed is too low.and on my ptcl many wrong calls in a day.like some one want to call other no n automatically transferred on my no.i think thiz iz cross link..
i ve lots of time compalains but no one fixed my problem.
so now what can i do?
