Dear Sir,
Kindly note that there is a lot of noise in my PTCL phone line. As a student i have to use DSL and this noise results into again and again reconnecting and DSL does not meet the requirement which it is being payed per month. Instead of again and again complaints it could not be cleared so far.
I humbally request to authorities to kinldy clear the noise of my phone line on top urgent basis.
