HOW CAN I PAY IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE DUE BILL AND PHONE IS DEAD DUE TO NON PAYMENT,IN FACT THE BILLS HAVE NOT REACHED HERE FOR DISTRIBUTION
CALLED THE CONCERN NOS BUT NO RESPONSE.
