Non-receipt of PTCL Bill.

I have been installed a PTCL connection number 051-2614387 at Khunna Dak Jubba Islamabad bit no PTCL has been received up till now. Previous bill was my first bill paid was downloaded through internet. The same could not be paid due to non receipt of PTCL bill.
