Dear Respected Sir,
I’m Sajid Ali Solangi from Karachi, dear sir few time before I applied for the two new DSL 4MB connections and after few weeks the area line man came and give the both connection and installed that both but from one month I’m facing problems , that both DSL connections are not working , I went to PTCL exchange many times but they didn’t give any response to me still my both numbers are disconnected and I cant access my internet , Dear sir as we all know that the PTCL shares are sold and now its being private but there isn’t any improvement , I have already one connection in different area and every week I’m facing different problems, why your service is become very poor?
Sir its my kind request to you please do something , and please solve my problems and activate my both DSL connections that are disconnected from one month,
If you don’t take any action than give me the head office email address or give me the email of head of the PTCL department who solve my complain and activate both DSL connections, I never used both connections from month but in few days how I pay the bill?? Why should I pay that bill while u haven’t active both connections? Please take a strict actions from that line men that are not fulfill their duties on time and wasting our time, Time is money so please don’t waste our time,
I hope sir you will take strict action from them and soon I will get your response,

Dear sir , as i applied for DSL 1 mb connection one month before but still the modium is not working they provide just modium and line of DSL but the internet is not available from 20 days iam facing problems, i also complain many time to exchange and they gave me coplain number 77 on the 19th of August but still my complain is not resolved , also went to exchange but no body gave me any response from exchange, please sir solve my problem and improve your weak service and take strict action from the corrupt employes that are not attending their duties and just taking their salleries, its my humble request plzzzzz active my DSL and interner i will be very thankfull to u for this act of kindness , thanx
