Pathetic service upon registering complaints

My phone has been out of order for the last 2 weeks. I have been constantly registering a complaint through 1218 but so far no PTCL person has visited my house. Previously, I had lot of distortion (noise) in my line but since last Saturday (5 days), the phone line is completely dead. Interestingly, whenever I register a complaint through 1218, it assigns me a new number which implies that my previous complaint has been marked "fixed" by PTCL. I wonder how PTCL can improve its complaint resolution process.

mujhe DSL internet connection chahiey........................
