PERFORMANCE ERROS

10 days ago I have get a ptcl.dsl connection 065-2400167. but nothing signals. I have submit my request for the error of signals to my nearly telephone exchange but no response. no one have heared my voice. I am not satisfy by the services of dsl. If there is nothing to do better of dsl services then please disconnect my ptcl dsl connection.
