Poor broadband & poor customer service

PTCL Officer,
Really PTCL should be shame of their services. It’s a lot better to hire donkeys instead of current employees. I had a suggestion please start robbing people directly, instead of cheating to deliver the agreed services.
I visited more than hundred times to the damn PTCL office to complain where all the shit people are sitting who had the zero knowledge of their jobs. It took me 11 months to disconnect one of the broadband connections at work due to poor service and PTCL kept billing me for 11 Months even after the three applications.
And another PTCL number of my office is getting over charged for broadband services which I never used, asked or applied for it (063-2272472). I am paying the money since February 2010; I just checked the bill accidently.
The current broadband service for 1mb speed, i am using at home of PTCL is shit (063-2274272). Internet doesn’t work at all. Ten times I got the line fixed, tone disappeared every second week. I complained in Main office “Bahawalnagar” that broadband service is not available, if it gets available sometime than the speed comes really slow even a simple page never gets open.
Now it’s a night mare to me to ask PTCL to disconnect the current broadband services at home number which I never used but paying bill from many months for 1MB speed.
I am really angry and want to drag some of your asses in the court of law by naming you first. You better solved my problem by tracking what’s going on with my number and provide the service PTCL charged every month or be ready to pay the damages which I’ll claim to PTCL in court of law.
