POOR DSL SERVICE

I GOT 4 MB PTCL CONNECTION. I RECEIVE POOR SPEED OF INTERNET FROM THE START AND I COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS VERY TIME BUT NOTHING. RECENTLY FROM 15 DAY I HAVE VERY VERY POOR INTERNET SPEED ( NO BROWSING , NO DOWNLODING) AND COMPLAINT ABOUT 8 TIMES BUT NOTHING ELS. I PAY THE BILL OF THE HOLE MONTH BUT I GRT THE SERVICE VERY MINIUM TIME IN A MONTH THIS IS NOT FAIR.PLESE DO SOMETHING.
