POOR QUALITY OF SERVICE / DISCONNECTION

Sir, Very sorry to say you pay no attention to the customers and don't provide the services for which you collect charges from your customers. It is dishonesty and mal-administration that despite repeated complaints at customers service centers you one undertake responsibility and the customer are refered form one official to another with comments that they are also facing poor quality of service at PTCL office. Connection is disconnected again and again. We are suffering irrepareable losses. I belong to Chiniot where too many consumers are facing this situation. Please take immediate action. Thanks.
