I ‘m Complaining since one month but my problem is still there and nobody taking any action that my connection is not working and still off.
.I complaints so many time on 1218 but not response. He says "your problem is solved in one day after ” after 30 days this problem is not solved.
I visit The PTCL Exchange near my Residence but the persons I meet they are not seems to be serious with Citizens and take it easy. nobody look serious to resolve this issue. After this problem I get experienced and I guess there is no technical support department in PTCL, or if there is any, they are not capable of handling so many complaints and not able to solve problems and issues on time.
PTCL costumer service are so poor and not relievable This is the reason that People don’t like PTCL service and Now am going to change my ISP.

With the refference my complaints of poor service of "ADSL". It is working not good in the process mostly it is give an error of "The Page Can't be Displayed". It is requested that try to cover this error which may cause for inconvience of customers satisfaction.

i think u provides for the same reason
our 0829667250 and area number is use to off most of the time special at night, from a long time we are having problem that noise at our line.
i have special request please send a team to inspect the kohlu ptcl exchange. provide us a good.
