POOR service, line disconnection

The people of Breshgram Karimabad, lotkhoh chitral, are very thankfull to the authorities of PTCL for providing the facility of VWIRELESS LOBE, in the area. But unfortunatly, the service is not up to the mark, The problem is, the line remain disconnect after receiving the call or sometimes it becomes immpossible to dial anywhere you want to dial plz, It is therfore requested to the authorities of PTCL to look in to the matter, so that more than 2500 customer complain could be entertained plz.
