Poor Slow Browsing Speed

writing from Sialkot city region, since many days my internet is slow, registered my complain many times at 1218 but no progress and problem still there.. please advice when it will be fixed or how can i solved it by updating any gateways manually or what? pint to be mentioned my downloading speed is OK only browsing speed is very low

Its a problem with main cable in Gulf Sea.PTCL should be in www.failblog.org :P

me too have the same issue, PTCL is getting worse, my DSl connectrivity is on 2mb and the downlad speed is 224 Kb/s
