with due respect it is for your kind information that i am in uae and dsl service is much necessary for me to contect my family in Pakistan for this i apply for phone and dsl which was installed three weeks ago but its bad luck for me that phone wl dead in few days and dsl also, now phone is working but dsl is still out of order since one week. you are requested to kindly solve this problum as early. i will be thankful to you for this act of kindness

Dear Mr. Tahir, It is quite unfortunate that I am facing problem with the connection since it was connected and istalled. Please look into this and help in repairing/ rectifying the fault. I suggest; now PTCL is a professional institute dealing with IT problems, so please keep good and professional technicians, especially for your remote areas. I believe, my complaint shall be dealt in a no-more-delay manner and I'll hear some good news immediately. I know the services there are not still fast as compared to UAE where I am staying and I don't wana compare PTCL with Etisalat, but still; it took lot of time now. Please help in solving this issue.
