my ptcl phone is dead since last week.we have complainted the complaint no.58 on 25-08-2011, no.180 on 27-08-2011 and 540on 54 on 29-08-2011and several times but my compliants are resolved without clear the fault and no any person of ptcl contact my home my phone still dead. please cheak and remove the fault and open my phone, my phone no.34617748
