Repair/Rectification of Landline Phone

My Tel No 35745142 at House No 125, Bedian Road Lahore Cantt is out of order sinc Friday 14th . I have made lots of compaints but no positive response has been reccived .
This is most disgusting, annoying and shows your inefficiency and I think I must get rid of this connection . You have no regards for your honour , good name or goodwill.
I feel ashamed of your existance in this country. Alas
