we have a package of fast speed internet but even then we are suffering from low speed network,so please provide us high speed network

I have ptcl 1mp DSL conection...
But....you know....its downloding speed is 8kb to 10kb....form 09:00am to 11:00pm...
and 20kb to 30kb at 11:00am to 08:00am......and browsing just like a dial-up conection...

i have 2MB dsl connection and my Speed is 0.72 / 2MB
yaar ye ptcl wale aakhir chahtay kya hain?
mere pass aik or connection hai 1MB ka or us mein 0.4/1MB speed aati hai.
ye mere 2MB wali line per speed arahi hai.
