slow speed and no working

Here in my town dsl speed is very low and not work properly.i complin on help line but they not intersting in our camplian.here i look many camplin for ptcl i am very disheart.plz corret your mistake.shame on we are pakistani.ws salam.from sub tahsil kot chutta davision dara gazi khan.
