It is stated that in our exchange (Chak No. 48 SB, TEH. Sillanwali, Dist. Sargodha.Ph# 0486881000) has facing serious problems, and we customers too. Following are some of them
1. Batteries
2. Underground cable
No Batteries are provided since 2 years. Due to load shading exchange stop working. Also transmission lines are not provided. They are damaged since 2003. The rote they chose in some areas are not correct, due to that damage is done to lines. up gradation is done, but in pages only. Corruption is a big element. You can understand easily the condition that exchange decline from 400 Numbers to 32 working numbers. All adjoining areas disconnected from service. And if some one asked them (ptcl authorities) to do some thing to save the conditions, but they do otherwise and they threaten us (customers) that they going to shut the exchange in our area. Kindly take an immediate action to restore the situation. We are paying bills, but no one is listening us.
