very bad & poor service we held from your dept.

hw`r u Sir/Madam?
my ptcl No. is 047-6215862, & its disconnected since 50 days. I pay my Ptcl bill in regular basis. I submitted many complains for my dead Ptcl no. but still no reply from your dept.
my complains no`s. are 22 & 03. still no line man vist at my house & no react your company.
Plz improve your service & solve my problam as soon as possible.
