very slow downloading and browsing speed

ASALAM O ALIKUM; sir , i am using ptcl DSL from last 1year .from last 1 month i have face slow speed problems.i call 60 times to help line and visit ptcl local exchange but my problem could not be sloved.so tell me what i should do. i want to left ptcl so tell me who is best internet service provider that can i chose?
