since 02 months no body came into contact for provision of facility,except a single call recvd from 0723650128 for verification & confirmation.i have the honour n proud to inform the AUTHORITIES that i have the right to express my experience regarding staff posted at our city (UBAURO Exchange # 222) by more than two decades who having no intrest for their job responsibilities (as well as for COMPANY ).Thats why the people don't require the oldest communicating facility,at least i was convinced by my elder son requiring DSL.while the whole resposibility has been put over the shoulders of one L.M Mr. ABID ALI CHACHAR because the role of SDOT ubauro is Nil.UNDER GROUND 10 LINES CABLE IS ALREADY EXISISTING ( FUNCTIONAL ) @ DESTINATION REQUIRING MINOR TECHNICAL REPAIR IS AVAILABLE.
Further it is requested that in the above senario how one can pay the Line rent BILLING RECIEVED for two Tel Numbers viz(0723 688135 -0723 688235 )amounting Rs.174 and Rs 204.

eventhen the complaint has been fwd for immediate solution but after period of a week nothing achieved.no attention is being taken by dialling the general manager's cell 03337155533 ( siddiqui sb @ sukkur).really i am still having afraid rearding the service of ptcl is minus zeeero at our city (ubauro).ptcl management is requested that how the company is charging/billing without providing the service to me.i am the subscriber of 02 numbers 0723688135 & 0723688235 since many years,same were remained disc because of the above reasons and etc.while under ground line is available without damage.at present the same monopolly of local staff posted having no interest to department they are earning,if one gentleman mr.abid chachar lineman posses the power wholy keeping for likes or dislikes.
it is requested to ptcl authorities to issue such directives to the concerned officials to cosider priority with justification by resolving the problem sooner,otherwise to stop such baseless billing.
