I HAVE NO APPLY FOR BROADBAND/DSL AND NO INSTALL ANY DSL ON MY PTCL NUMBER 042-35955721 BUT PTCL HAS ISSUED A BILL INVOICE # 10223408807000 WITH DSL CHARGES OF RS. 849/- TO ME.
