I'm subscriber of ptcl and was using broadband since last three years. Due to some issues of congestion and slow speed I requested to discontinuation of broad band services in Apr/May 2017. I was not using Smart Tv or Smart TV App at all. But I was being charged for Smart TV App in all the bills since June2017. I complained against it on 25-9-2017 to on duty taff Miss Neelum between 1155-1202 hours. The investigation number 320784 was given to me.
Today I've received the bill with remarks of "OVERDUE" so I made a complaint to your staff Mr Waris at 1420 hours and asked him for correction of bill and disconnection of ptcl Number;042-36501148 who refused to enter the complaint for disconnection,
I through this complaint I request you
1) to disconnect my ptcl number immediately, since I will not pay the charges henceforth.
2) Send me the correct bill with adjustment of amount already paid as smart TV app charges immediately for making the payment/ Any late receipt of bill will not give ant right to ptcl to claim the charges.
3) In case of non-compliance of above, I have the right to go to the Court and do not pay the bill.
