ZX DSL is not working properly.

Dear sir,

it is requested that iam using DSL internet connection for 2 years, but now iam facing suffering due to DSL internet is not working smoothly. it got disconnection automatically & some time down size speed. there fore kindly send ur team to resolve this issue where i can use DSL easily & freely.
