receiving data of 1mb instead of 2mb.

from last 8 days i m complaining at 1218 regarding my DSL line problem,as i submitted my application form for 2mb data,but i received only 3 days 2mb data,& after that,i m consistantly complaining on daily basis ,but no response.plz do some thing,my complaint # is 31-33.
