REPEATEDLY DISCONNECT OF DSL&DEAD SLOW SPEED

I AM THE CONNECTION HOLDER OF PTCL(DSL) BUT SINCE TWO MONTHS,NEITHER ITS SPEED IS SO APPRECIABLE NOR ITS STATUS OF BEING CONNECTED IS SO CONSISTENT.IT ALWAYS DISCONNECTS DURING WORK AND CONTINUES ITS STATE FOR COUPLE OF MINUTES.IT SEEMS TO BE PLAYED HIDE &SEEK.I COMPLAINED IN F-11 EXCHANGE FOR SEVERAL TIMES BUT NO AVAIL.TYODAY I AM TOLD THAT IT IS DUE TO ABSENCE OF OPTIC FIBER NETWORK IN G-11/3 WHICH HAS NO SOLUTION.MY NUMBER IS 2292249.
